DHC Vitamin D
Supply the vitamin of the sun proactively! For people who is frail and easily catching cold
Vitamin D is the vitamin produced by the skin being exposed to sunlight. It is commonly known as "vitamin of the sun" and is also known to support calcium absorption. In recent years it attracts attention as a component that keeps various health risks away. In general, vitamin D can be roughly classified in vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. DHC has selected more active vitamin D3 and formulated as a handy supplement. It is difficult to intake the vitamin D from the daily meals for modern people who do not get enough sunlight. This product contains 25μg (1,000 IU*) of vitamin D3 per day.
It is recommended for those who spend most of the day indoors, avoid UV rays for whitening, easily catch cold, and whose vitamin D3 is decreased by aging.
