The Answers You Need

Where are the products from?

Animeshoppers distributes products from Japan and South Korea. These products are purchased from the said countries and sent to Baguio City to the rest of the country.

How long should I wait for the product to arrive?

On hand products are sent through couriers such as LBC, J&T and JRS the day after the confirmation of orders. Pre-ordered products on the other hand might longer before receiving.

Do you have a refund policy?

Animeshoppers don't offer refunds to our shoppers not unless products are cancelled by animeshoppers itself.

Can I cancel the products I ordered?

Animeshoppers strictly doesn't allow cancellation of orders.

Do you do meet up?

Only shoppers within Baguio City and La Trinidad are allowed to request for meet ups. Please get in touch with us regarding this.

What are your modes of payment?

Animeshoppers recieves payments thru GCASH and BPI Fund Transfers.
